One of the fast rising football management individuals in Nigeria, Shina Adeoye has shared one of the bane he feels is affecting football management in the country.
Shina Adeoye, former player of Sunshine Stars was a utility footballer, who played as a central defender and defensive midfield. He is currently into management and while answering questions on Let’s Gist Naija, Nigeria’s online football forum.
“It has not been easy, you know as a professional we learn everytime and day but the most of it is that travelling from one geographical place to another without meeting your heart desires”,Shina said.
“Sometimes we travel to meet the club chairmen, what they tell you on phone will differ to what you will hear there, I find it difficult to cope with them but with my determination to become somebody in this managerial career”, He emphasised.
