“Financial Issue, A Major Problem Of The NPFL – Highly Rated Nigerian/Japanese Tactician

A top rated Japanese/Nigerian who ones worked with coach Imama Amapakabo during the CHAN and Olympics qualifiers has labeled finances as the main bane of the problems facing the Nigeria professional football league, NPFL.

Oba Bolarinwa states this on Tuesday when he was a guest on Nigeria Sports Mouthpiece WhatsApp platform while hoping that the LMC can get things right.

“For me, the problem of the league is finance and money issues, because clubsides struggle to get going without proper funding”, Bolarinwa said.

Born in Ibadan, Oyo State and played for shooting stars, Osun United, Lagos United and Stationery Stores.

He is a top rated Coach with the UEFA LICENSE B he coaches a club in Japan presently and has just signed a new contract. He only recently applied to coach the under 17 or under 20 National teams of Nigeria and looks anxiously for an opportunity to serve his fatherland

He is a man of many parts, he speaks more of Japanese than English,

He had tidied up interesting deals for a few Nigerian coaches already penciled down for coaching courses in Japan and other Asian countries after the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Having handled the youth team in Abroad for more than 11 years, I did like to work with the Nigeria national team, be it the U17 or U20 team”, Bolarinwa told Nigeria’s biggest WhatsApp sports platform, NSM.
